By deploying various social media tactics, I assisted in increasing engagement, earned media, traffic to the website, and successfully growing the company's total following by over 60,000 followers across all channels—a 97% increase.

MY FAVORITE TOOLS

For successful social media management, I believe having a set of tools you can use for various functions is key. In this instance, I use Sprout Social for data reporting and growth metrics, Asana for building a content calendar, assigning direction, and setting due dates, and Figma for all graphic design and design feedback.

Working with a team of developers and UX/UI experts, a beautiful custom website was created for the Brightmark brand utilizing WordPress. I manage two WordPress sites—a headless WordPress site for the leading Brightmark brand and a microsite for the brand dedicated to a specific project.

As the Brightmark brand and business have expanded, I have helped create custom webpages for various initiatives. This includes promoting free educational resources and driving newsletter subscriptions to building webpages for lead generation and high-level overviews of Brightmark's business.

Building and managing websites efficiently and effectively in the digital age is paramount. To do this, I utilize a host of tools, including Figma (for building concept pages and compiling feedback), Photoshop (to create custom images for websites), WordPress (for the live builds), Zapier, Gravity Forms, and various WordPress plugins for specific tasks.

Downtown Fort Wayne
Brightmark's recycling facility (called a circularity center) is in Ashley, Indiana. Because of this, unique recycling programs are developed with cities and municipalities to help divert plastic waste from landfills, incinerators, and the environment.
